Personal, attentive, compassionate, caring hands-on medicine care, when needed is the focus of our Concierge services with Calabasas Medical and Aesthetic Center medical practice.  

 

We offer consultations for new perspective patients who are considering becoming a part of our service. We believe in spending the extra time to get to know you so that our treatment plans can uniquely be formulated to meet your medical and personal needs.

The advantages our patients receive with our concierge services include:

  • A direct and close relationship with Dr. Eshraghi in a relaxed environment.

  • Reassurance that you have 24-hour access by phone, text, and email.

  • Office visits that are warm, inviting, medically comprehensive, and are never rushed.

  • Same-day or next-day appointments.

  • Convenience of not having to come into the office to handle your every health need. Many issues can be taken care of over the phone or via a telemedicine visit.

  • Onsite lab draws.

  • Reviewing your lab (or other) test results is not considered an extra visit.

  • Concierge patients receive discounts on other services available at the Calabasas Medical and Aesthetic Center.

​To give us the freedom and flexibility to provide premium, personal care adult's health services, our practice has opted to not work with medical insurance companies. However, insurance can be used for your lab work, imaging tests, and medications and will be billed by the appropriate service providers.

​

We also have couples and family concierge packages available. Please call us for more details.

  • Unlimited telemedicine visits.

​

  • Unlimited office visits (with same-day or next-day appointments available).

​

  • Annual physical exam which includes a comprehensive personal health risk assessment, complete physical examination, blood draw, EKG, adult's health exam, and referrals for age-appropriate screening tests.

​

  • Referrals to trusted specialists as needed with assistance in getting earlier appointments if necessary.

​

  • Refills for noncontrolled medications can be done without an office visit as long as blood tests to monitor for side effects are up to date (if applicable).

​

  • Complementary vitamin shots.

​

  • Discounts off current pricing for all other services provided at Calabasas Medical and Aesthetic Center, including aesthetic services (injectables included), medical weight loss services, medical grade supplements, medical grade skin care products, vitamin shots and infusions, and hormone replacement services.

​

  • Private home visits are available for an additional fee.
